Its has been a month since I started writing these posts . Am close to posting half a century of blogs and loving every minute of it as I rediscover all the destinations.
The posts are on travels within India and somehow the Taj Mahal was still missing in my Library of Posts. I had promised to take you on a discovery of India through the lens of nature.I attempt to do so with The Taj Mahal as well.

The Taj Mahal is located in city of Agra on the banks of the river Yamuna , about 180 kms from New Delhi. If you leave early morning you can be back in Delhi the same evening.
The ageing Emperor was imprisoned by his youngest son Aurangzeb in Agra Fort. I imagine his view was just as foggy on a cold winter morning 500 years ago.
Nature casts its spell in synchronization with the Beauty in marble.Notice the Kite?

The Taj Mahal is the perfect poem in marble by an Emperor who mourns the loss of his beloved Queen.
Is it a pigeon undertaking an aerial survey?
Which each photograph that follows, we draw closer to this Marvelous monument of Love.
The detailing is achieved by a complex inlay of precious stones .
A garden of precious stones is unvieled.
Each panel of flowers is unique and finds no replica in the Taj. I find it interesting to correlate each flower to one in the sprawling gardens of the Taj Mahal.
