A 3500 year old city ,the Ganges and Dolphins

Kashi, Benaras and Varanasi can hardly be captured in a 500 worded blog.

Nor can the faith and belief of millions be logically explained.It took me 5 trips and 20 years before i could even feel ( let alone see)  this mystical city.

The faith remains but the dolphins are rare to see.

At the outset I simply leave with you images.

  2. You captured Ghats beautifully………. but do visit some more temples too and post the pics……especially Kashi vishwanath ji, Sankat mochan, Durga mandir, kaal bhairav….and also visit sweet shops of ghat region and taste Malaiyo….its very tasty……..

      2. Please see what survives in Varanasi before the year christ was born i.e. 0 BC. so for example 100 BC , 200 BC , 300 BC and so on. It will require time but maybe i9ntersting for you.
